Saints who are die physicaly on earh ofcourse saint are in heaven, can pray also to punish the sinners, they pray in heaven saying, “How long, O Lord, holy and true, until You judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?” so we must respect the saints of the Church build by Christ and worthy them to give respect and honor and let them pray for us or if we make war to the saints (REV 13:5-7) Saints will pray to punish us.

Jesus want us to go to his Church he founded not to go directly to God. Cornelio is a good person and go directly to God, our lord advise Cornelio to go to Saint Petter the 1st Pope of the Church he founded and them become a member of that church thru Baptism.
