Proverbs 31:15
15She gets up while it is still dark;she provides food for her familyand portions for her servant girls.
I have found that you can do all within your power to be the perfect wife, mother, business woman, church worker, and more; but if your husband is involved in an ungodly affair with another woman, you cannot make him love you. I have heard others reference these verses and suggest that any man could not help but love his wife if she was like this. May be true if he's walking upright in God's will. It is not the woman's fault if her marriage fails in spile of all the effort and prayer she puts into the marriage. I may soon be a divorse woman, because my husband has had a very long affair, which I have repeatedloy caught him at. Everytime he said that it was "over, that he loved me," and he would stay with me. It wasn't over, everytime I caught him, it only taught him how to better lie to me. I raised the kids, because he was too busy, I worked at my own homebased business, and did fairly well, I volunteered at the school, church and community. I loved the Lord, taught my children to love the Lord. Now, I find myself alone. Don't think for a minute that a perfect wife ever exists first, then don't think that it was her fault becuse the husband chose to sin. That would be heeping pain on top of unbearable pain. The rejected woman has a heavy enough load, without your "Godly condemnation!" I'm on a rant - forgive me. I speak from pain.,
