Everlasting(forever) console and good hope are ours, we should be seeking this in the word and in prayer, this is part of salvation. It takes work and effort on our part, it's there and available, let's fight laziness and seek God for console and good hope.

God's calling to salvation goes out to all. Every person has been chosen or invited to the greatest feast ever, but not all have accepted the invitation. We can have a cookout/pool party and invite many friends and the ones who accept the invitation will enjoy the time we have. Salvation is much bigger than a cookout but the principle is this, all are chosen, all are invited to be saved.
