Acts 26:29
29Paul replied, “Short time or long–I pray God that not only you but all who are listening to me today may become what I am, except for these chains.”
There is some controversy on the meaning of Agrippa's statement. It could mean that Agrippa was greatly moved by Paul's speech or it could insinuate that he felt Paul was attempting to convert him too quickly and essentially asking, "Do you think it is that easy to change my mind?"

Acts 26:24
24At this point Festus interrupted Paul's defense. “You are out of your mind, Paul!” he shouted. “Your great learning is driving you insane.”
Festus' response is largely caused by the unfamiliar method in which Paul is speaking. His speech is targeted towards Agrippa, a Jew, and he uses images that would have been familiar to Agrippa but strange to Festus.

Acts 26:14
14We all fell to the ground, and I heard a voice saying to me in Aramaic,Or Hebrew ‘Saul, Saul, why do you persecute me? It is hard for you to kick against the goads.’
When an oxen was first being taught to pull a plow it would attempt to kick its way out. The farmer would place a sharpened piece of wood where the ox would kick - and thus the ox would be stabbed every time it kicked. By so doing the farmer was able to train the ox over time that it was easier to perform the task than to rebel.
