Heart means mind, the source of my thoughts , these are my thoughts not Gods no one can understand these but God He is the only one who can search and test. Question is how does this apply to my need for change? I dont understand my own mind , why do I think one thing and do another? I am desperatly sick and need to rely on the process of Gods discernment about what gos on in my mind
