Somtimes God uses this kind of situation to test you! That beggar on the corner could have been an angel of God! But in the end does that part matter? No. As a follower of Jesus Christ we should genuinely be concerned for the beggar and not caring if we passed a test or not. If we indded care, our faith was tested and passed the test!

The Lord Jesus looks at our heart and not our appearance. If that heart is full of mercy for others in all walks of life, the Lord Jesus will extend that same measure to us.
