Solomon Builds His Palace
1It took Solomon thirteen years, however, to complete the construction of his palace. my thoughts:
Solomon and Hiram put so much effort into making the house of the Lord perfect down to the last detail. They worked hard to honor the Lord and therefore praise him, respect him and give him glory.
We should take care in all the work we do, and do it to honor God. We should use the skills he has given us (like Hiram's talent with making things from bronze) to do all we can to honor Him.
Pray that you will honor Him in all that you do, trying your hardest to use all your talents, and working at everything, even down to the minutest detail.
