Galatians 1:4

This chilling statement refers to anyone attempting to be justified by good works. Note that Paul declares that the Galatians were fallen from the position of Grace. Their salvation was in jeopardy, because they were now placing their Faith in something other than the Cross.

If we make anything else, other than the Cross of Christ, the object of our Faith, we frustrate the Grace of God and the Holy Spirit's work in our lives is either limited or stopped.

It's amazing to see the proliferation of false "prophets" and "prophetesses" exploding in number across the USA. The "modern ministers of untruth" that I have come into contact with don't spend their time in deep Bible study, nor do they have a proper understanding of the Cross of Jesus Christ, yet thousands of seekers are flocking to their altars of apostasy seeking a "private word."
