When Christ died on the cross, his death ushured a new kingdom based upon the foundations of love, grace. Throughout the ages since Christ death the gospel of Christ spread and the principals were collected in many cultures mainly in Europe. Evidently the riches of God was seen throughout many Christ-centered nations. We must give this thanks to Christ! That's what this verse speaks about that in the coming ages - the kindness of God is made known and real
