This is the most well known scripture in the Bible,I don't think I have ever met anyone who did'nt know it. It tells the whole story about Jesus in one sentence. Whenever I meet a person that I don't know, I always ask them if they know this verse.I like the expression on thier faces when they say they know it, But do they really know it?

The Lord is strict, but that strictness is for our own good. He expects more from us, we really are His saints. He tells us to be watchful and sober minded, because we don't know when He will come back. But more than that, we should want do what is right, we should want to make our father in heaven proud of us, Right?

Anything that is worth getting, is worth the effort of obtaining it. We are going to receive Eternal Life, I think that is worth alot more than any trouble we might have to go through. The Lord said that those who are faithful to the end, will be saved.

I have always tried to do things my own way,when I saw something I wanted, I went after it, but now I realize that the things that are really valuable, are invisible. Things like Love, Joy and Happiness.
