The Lord's prayer "...and lead us not into temptation..." It is interesting to not that Jesus taught his disciples pray that that they wouldn't be led into temptation, where in this situation, Jesus was led into temptation by the Spirit (with a capital "S").

Micah 4:3
3He will judge between many peoplesand will settle disputes for strong nations far and wide.They will beat their swords into plowsharesand their spears into pruning hooks.Nation will not take up sword against nation,nor will they train for war anymore.
This does not apply to self defense, or "taking up arms". It is talking about a time when there are no wars, and practically everyone wants to worship "The God of Jacob". There would be no need to "bear arms" in that situation.
