Genesis
Chapter 1
The Beginning
1In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.
2Now the earth wasOr possibly became formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters.

3And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light.4God saw that the light was good, and he separated the light from the darkness.5God called the light “day,” and the darkness he called “night.” And there was evening, and there was morning—the first day.

6And God said, “Let there be an expanse between the waters to separate water from water.”7So God made the expanse and separated the water under the expanse from the water above it. And it was so.8God called the expanse “sky.” And there was evening, and there was morning—the second day.

9And God said, “Let the water under the sky be gathered to one place, and let dry ground appear.” And it was so.10God called the dry ground “land,” and the gathered waters he called “seas.” And God saw that it was good.

11Then God said, “Let the land produce vegetation: seed-bearing plants and trees on the land that bear fruit with seed in it, according to their various kinds.” And it was so.12The land produced vegetation: plants bearing seed according to their kinds and trees bearing fruit with seed in it according to their kinds. And God saw that it was good.13And there was evening, and there was morning—the third day.

14And God said, “Let there be lights in the expanse of the sky to separate the day from the night, and let them serve as signs to mark seasons and days and years,15and let them be lights in the expanse of the sky to give light on the earth.” And it was so.16God made two great lights—the greater light to govern the day and the lesser light to govern the night. He also made the stars.17God set them in the expanse of the sky to give light on the earth,18to govern the day and the night, and to separate light from darkness. And God saw that it was good.19And there was evening, and there was morning—the fourth day.

20And God said, “Let the water teem with living creatures, and let birds fly above the earth across the expanse of the sky.”21So God created the great creatures of the sea and every living and moving thing with which the water teems, according to their kinds, and every winged bird according to its kind. And God saw that it was good.22God blessed them and said, “Be fruitful and increase in number and fill the water in the seas, and let the birds increase on the earth.”23And there was evening, and there was morning—the fifth day.

24And God said, “Let the land produce living creatures according to their kinds: livestock, creatures that move along the ground, and wild animals, each according to its kind.” And it was so.25God made the wild animals according to their kinds, the livestock according to their kinds, and all the creatures that move along the ground according to their kinds. And God saw that it was good.

26Then God said, “Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth,Hebrew; Syriac all the wild animals and over all the creatures that move along the ground.”

27So God created man in his own image,
in the image of God he created him;
male and female he created them.

28God blessed them and said to them, “Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air and over every living creature that moves on the ground.”

29Then God said, “I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food.30And to all the beasts of the earth and all the birds of the air and all the creatures that move on the ground—everything that has the breath of life in it—I give every green plant for food.” And it was so.

31God saw all that he had made, and it was very good. And there was evening, and there was morning—the sixth day.

Chapter 2
1Thus the heavens and the earth were completed in all their vast array.

2By the seventh day God had finished the work he had been doing; so on the seventh day he restedOr ceased; also in verse 3 from all his work.3And God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it he rested from all the work of creating that he had done.

The Invisible and The Visible are alike to GOD, for HE can see things as they are. In the book of John, chapter 1, verse 1, the bible says "In the begining was the word, and the word was with GOD, and the word was GOD. It goes on to say that ALL THINGS were made by HIM, that is the word that was in the begining with GOD, and is GOD. ALL THINGS, seen and unseen, were made by the invisible GOD! I'm going to say John 1:1 differently to bring to light what it says, but is easily skipped over. "Before time, was the invisible WORD, and the invisible WORD was with the invisible GOD, and the invisible WORD was GOD". To continue, one could say "ALL THINGS(visible and invisible)were made by the invisible HIM, and without the invisible HIM, was nothing made (visible or invisible)that was made". This is an awesome observation, because now one can see how it is a natural process for the invisible to become visible, after all, it was our invisible GOD that created this visible universe! Now you can begin to see how it's not a crazy thing to "walk by faith and NOT BY SIGHT!" The WORD tells us that FAITH COMES by HEARING! For example; let's say your a person consumed with lonliness. Then you hear the WORD that says "I will never leave you nor forsake you!" After a little while of messing with that WORD conception takes place! You are now pregnant with the truth that GOD will never leave you or forsake you! Next thing you know, the torture of lonliness disapates. There is a release from that bondage. Thank GOD, the WORD says, "you'll know the truth, and the truth will set you free!" In another place the word tells us "My people are destroyed for a lack of knowledge!" Our wonderful loving Father places before us life and death. LET'S CHOOSE LIFE!

Would you consider yourself a good person? Do you think you have kept the 10 commandments? All of them all of the time? Ever lied? Stolen? Hated (yup, Jesus says this is the same as murder)? On Judgment Day, if God judges you by the 10 commandments, will you be innocent or guilty? Do you think you will go to Heaven or Hell? If Heaven, why? are you sure? I Hell, does that concern you? Do you know what God did so you wouldn't have to go to Hell? Read these verses to explore God's Plan: 1) John 3:16-17, 2) I Peter 3:18, 3) Acts 26:20, 4) Revelation 3:20, 5) Romans 10:9-10. A few questions: 1) Are you a sinner? 2) Do you want to be forgiven? 3) Are you willing to change your life? 4) Do you believe Jesus died and rose again? 5) Are you ready to ask Jesus into your life? If you want to surrender your life to Jesus Christ and accept His Gift of Salvation from sin, now is the time. Pray to God. Here is an example prayer you can pray: "Heavenly Father, I'm a sinner. I ask forgiveness for my sins. I believe that Jesus died on the cross for me and rose again. I am ready to change and follow Jesus. I ask Jesus into my heart and into my life. I ask this in Jesus' name, Amen." A few questions for believers: 1) How many of your sins has Christ paid for? 1 John 2:2 (All of them), 2) How many sins does Christ remember? Hebrews 10:17 (None), 3) Where does Christ Live? Galatians 2:20 (Lives in me). Praise God and our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! Let His glorious plan interrupt your life! 1) Love God First (Matthew 22:37-38), 2) Love People Unconditionally (Matthew 22:39-40), 3) Go Make More (Matthew 28:18-20). Feed on God's Word, Pray, Go to Church and find believers to share life with, Go and share your faith and teach others to do the same.

It is plain and simple, God created the Heavens and the Earth. There is no argument against that.

In one simple verse, we record the establishment of both space and time. We must also note that the Hebrew word Elohim is used here to refer to God. It is plural. Yet, the associated verb is singular. So, from the very first verse in the Bible, we have an allusion to the Trinity.
